We created LITHE to cut through the noise.

Our approach combines evidence-based medicine with compassionate, human-centred care, bringing clarity to movement, nutrition, and lifestyle through the integration of research, clinical expertise, and your lived experience so you can make confident decisions about your health.

  • LITHE HEALTH CLINIC

Optimise your health and wellbeing through a Functional Medicine approach.
Our patient-centred, root-cause focused, and evidence-based approach is designed to help you better understand your body, identify the underlying causes of your symptoms, and take confident ownership of your long-term wellbeing.

  • LITHE MOVEMENT

LITHE is a holistic movement methodology blending physiology, breathwork, strength, somatics, mindfulness, and sound to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Living Intentionally Through Holistic Embodiment was born from the genuine friendship and shared passion of two individuals who have each navigated their own health journeys. Their collective experiences, combined expertise, shaped by real-life struggles and successes, inspired them to create a method where health and well-being are approached with integrity and transparency.

LITHE is more than just a wellness method; it’s a movement toward building awareness and making informed decisions across all aspects of life - nutrition, movement, lifestyle, nutraceuticals and botanicals. We offer guidance in Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM), an approach that integrates the best available evidence with the patient's preferences and the clinician's expertise. Grounded in clinical expertise and core human values - authenticity, transparency, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey - we are committed to creating a space free from confusion and noise.

The Team

  • Co-Founder I Movement Specialist

Kirsten’s journey into movement began on stage, performing musical theatre across the UK and internationally. What started as an art form soon evolved into a lifelong exploration of how movement, breath, and embodiment can transform the way we live and heal.

Trained in Pilates (Mat & Reformer), personal training, pre & postnatal, and exercise therapy, Kirsten combines classical technique with a somatic approach - helping clients reconnect to their bodies with curiosity, compassion, and strength.

After years of being told nothing was wrong, she finally discovered she was living with Hashimoto’s autoimmune condition, a diagnosis that came through the expertise of a functional health practitioner. Thanks to a holistic approach that combined proper diagnosis, lifestyle changes, and supplementation, functional medicine has dramatically transformed her life.

Now, as a co-founder of LITHE, Kirsten channels her personal health journey and her expertise to help others achieve balance in functional movement and wellness.

  • Co- Founder I Nutritional Therapist BScION (mBANT, mCNHC) & Functional Medicine Practitioner IFM.

Hanna’s passion for health and well-being stems from her personal journey through a complex web of unexplained symptoms and misdiagnoses.

Frustrated by conventional approaches, she turned to her own research and functional medicine. She uncovered the root causes of her health challenges such as: hormonal imbalances 'PCOS’-alike, neuroinflammation, EBV infection, HPA axis dysfunction, persistent gastrointestinal issues and MCAS which “saved her life”.

In 2020, Hania began her studies at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London and later earned a certification from The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) in the USA, further deepening her expertise in Functional Medicine and Nutritional Therapy.

She recognises that true healing is not a one-size-fits-all process, but a blend of personalised, evidence-based care addressing many interconnected factors.

Her journey inspired the creation of LITHE - a community-focused, research-driven approach to health - and LITHE HEALTH CLINIC, rooted in Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM), an approach that integrates the best available evidence with patient preferences and clinical expertise, where Functional Medicine and Nutritional Therapy blend with Conventional Medicine.

Hanna is dedicated to empowering others to navigate their unique paths to well-being. She deeply believes that her personal health journey was her destiny to make her a knowledgeable practitioner who can empathise with others on a deeper level.

  • Functional Medicine is a patient-centered, holistic approach to healthcare that seeks to address the root causes of disease, rather than just treating symptoms. It is based on the idea that every individual is biochemically unique and that health issues arise from an interplay of genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors. Functional medicine takes a systems-biology approach, viewing the body as an interconnected whole, and focuses on finding and addressing the underlying imbalances or dysfunctions that contribute to illness.

This includes; comprehensive assessment, laboratory testing, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, targeted nutraceuticals and botanicals. Functional medicine can support a wide range of health conditions such as, chronic inflammation, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions and mental health.

  • Nutritional Therapy is a personalised, science-based approach to health that uses food, nutrients, lifestyle adjustments to support the body’s natural healing processes, enhance optimal overall wellbeing, and help prevent disease. It is grounded in the Functional Medicine concept, which views the body as an interconnected network of systems.

Health is complex and rarely follows a simple cause-and-effect pattern; a single condition may result from multiple factors, while one underlying issue can contribute to various health concerns. Nutritional Therapy focuses on identifying and addressing these root causes, rather than merely managing symptoms.

  • Evidence-Based Medicine combines scientific research, clinical experience, and your individual health needs to guide healthcare decisions. The aim is to use the most reliable and up-to-date evidence to support safe, effective, and personalised care.

  • Holistic movement refers to an approach to physical activity that considers the entire body, mind, and spirit, focusing on alignment, balance, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. It's about moving in ways that promote health, prevent injury, and nurture a connection between physical movement and mental awareness. Holistic movement encourages mindful, intentional motion, often integrating principles of body awareness, breathwork, and alignment. It's a lifestyle choice that prioritises the full spectrum of health- physical, mental, and emotional.
