LITHE MOVEMENT
LITHE is a holistic movement methodology blending physiology, breathwork, strength, somatics, mindfulness, and sound to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Living Intentionally Through Holistic Embodiment was born from genuine friendship and the shared passion of two individuals who have each navigated their own health journeys. Their collective experience and expertise, shaped by real-life struggles and successes, inspired them to create a method where health and wellbeing are approached with integrity, transparency, and care.
LITHE is more than a wellness method; it is a movement towards deeper awareness and informed decision-making across every aspect of life, including nutrition, movement, lifestyle, nutraceuticals, and botanicals. Our approach is rooted in Evidence-Based Medicine, integrating the best available research with individual preferences and clinical expertise. Guided by authenticity, transparency, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey, we are committed to creating a space free from confusion, noise, and overwhelm.
The Team

Co-Founder of LITHE | Movement Specialist
Kirsten's journey into movement began on the stage, performing musical theatre across the UK and internationally. What started as an art form evolved into a lifelong exploration of how movement, breath, and embodiment can profoundly influence health, wellbeing, and the way we experience life.
Trained in Pilates (Mat & Reformer), Yoga, Personal Training, Pre & Postnatal Exercise, and Exercise Therapy, Kirsten combines evidence-based movement principles with a somatic approach, helping clients reconnect with their bodies through awareness, strength, and self-trust.
Her personal health journey has played a significant role in shaping her philosophy. After years of experiencing symptoms without clear answers, Kirsten was eventually diagnosed with Hashimoto's autoimmune condition through the support of a functional health practitioner. Through a personalised approach that combined lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and targeted supplementation, she experienced firsthand the transformative impact of addressing health from a holistic perspective.
This experience deepened her understanding that wellbeing extends beyond exercise alone. As founder of LITHE Movement, Kirsten integrates movement, education, and embodiment practices to support individuals in building resilience, moving with confidence, and cultivating a deeper connection with themselves. She is passionate about empowering others to navigate their own health journeys with greater awareness, balance, and intention.

Co-Founder of LITHE | Nutritional Therapist BScION (mBANT, mCNHC) & Functional Medicine Practitioner IFM.
Hanna's passion for health and wellbeing was born from her own journey through complex and often unexplained health challenges. After years of searching for answers, she discovered the transformative power of Nutritional Therapy, Functional Medicine, and personalised healthcare, leading her to uncover and address the root causes of her symptoms.
Inspired by this experience, Hanna trained as a Nutritional Therapist at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London and later completed advanced certification through, the widely recognised The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) in the United States. Her work combines Functional Medicine, Nutritional Therapy, root-cause and evidence-based practice to support individuals in achieving sustainable, long-term health.
Hanna believes that true healing rarely comes from a generic health approach. Instead, lasting wellbeing requires a personalised approach that considers the interconnected nature of the body's systems and the unique circumstances of each individual.
This philosophy helped shape the creation of LITHE and LITHE Health Clinic, where she is dedicated to empowering others with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to navigate their own path to wellbeing. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Hanna brings deep empathy, curiosity, and compassion to every individual journey.

Functional Medicine is a patient-centered, holistic approach to healthcare that seeks to address the root causes of disease, rather than just treating symptoms. It is based on the idea that every individual is biochemically unique and that health issues arise from an interplay of genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors. Functional medicine takes a systems-biology approach, viewing the body as an interconnected whole, and focuses on finding and addressing the underlying imbalances or dysfunctions that contribute to illness.
This includes; comprehensive assessment, laboratory testing, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, targeted nutraceuticals and botanicals. Functional medicine can support a wide range of health conditions such as, chronic inflammation, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions and mental health.
-
Nutritional Therapy is a personalised, science-based approach to health that uses food, nutrients, lifestyle adjustments to support the body’s natural healing processes, enhance optimal overall wellbeing, and help prevent disease. It is grounded in the Functional Medicine concept, which views the body as an interconnected network of systems.
Health is complex and rarely follows a simple cause-and-effect pattern; a single condition may result from multiple factors, while one underlying issue can contribute to various health concerns. Nutritional Therapy focuses on identifying and addressing these root causes, rather than merely managing symptoms.

Evidence-Based Medicine combines scientific research, clinical experience, and your individual health needs to guide healthcare decisions. The aim is to use the most reliable and up-to-date evidence to support safe, effective, and personalised care.

Holistic movement refers to an approach to physical activity that considers the entire body, mind, and spirit, focusing on alignment, balance, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. It's about moving in ways that promote health, prevent injury, and nurture a connection between physical movement and mental awareness. Holistic movement encourages mindful, intentional motion, often integrating principles of body awareness, breathwork, and alignment. It's a lifestyle choice that prioritises the full spectrum of health- physical, mental, and emotional.
