Your Personalised Health Care Plan
-
A deep dive into your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, symptoms and current concerns - viewed through a functional medicine lens. We look beyond symptoms to uncover root cause particularly for individuals experiencing ongoing, unexplained, or complex health concerns.
-
We partner with private laboratories to provide advanced testing and comprehensive panels. Your test results and current medical records are reviewed in depth alongside your health history, symptoms, and completed medical questionnaires to develop a safe, effective, evidence-based care plan.
-
We believe in integrated care. Where appropriate, we integrate conventional treatments, working alongside medical doctors and specialists to achieve the most effective outcomes.
Hanna and Dr. Zosik, collaborate closely on complex cases requiring medical supervision to ensure the highest standard of patient-centred care. Depending on your individual needs, your care may also include specialist consultations, ultrasound scans, and relevant diagnostic testing.
-
Carefully guided use of medications and therapeutic interventions when clinically appropriate, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and other support.
-
Your personalised health protocol is designed around your unique symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals, and functional testing results. Using a functional and integrative medicine approach, we combine targeted nutraceuticals and high-quality, evidence-based supplementation with personalised nutrition, lifestyle, and therapeutic interventions to address root causes, support the body as a whole, and promote long-term, sustainable health outcomes.
-
We recognise the mind-body connection and create a safe, empathetic space where you feel supported, heard, and empowered.

FAQ’S
-
Initial Health Assessment (1,5h)
During your initial consultation (1.5 hours), we take a full history of your health — including your symptoms, vital signs, lifestyle, medical history, and any previous investigations.
We’ll ask more questions around the questionnaire you provided prior to the initial consultation. We then present a root cause analysis — our understanding of your health picture — and may recommend advanced laboratory testing (blood, urine, saliva, or stool), tailored to your situation.
The goal is to identify root causes rather than simply address symptoms.Following the assessment, we create a personalised healthcare plan that may include tailored nutrition, therapeutic supplements, lifestyle interventions, and ongoing monitoring.
It is a collaborative process, grounded in a supportive therapeutic relationship.
We work alongside doctors and specialists, integrating conventional care when appropriate, to achieve effective outcomes. -
Yes. You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire prior to your initial consultation. This is an essential part of the clinical process, helping me gain a thorough understanding of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and personal story. It provides the foundation for developing a personalised, targeted healthcare plan tailored to your unique needs. You are also encouraged to share any relevant medical documentation, laboratory results, scans, or previous test reports in advance, as these can provide valuable clinical insight and help inform your assessment and care plan.
-
Follow-up Health Review (45 min)
Once we have identified the underlying root cause(s) during the Initial Health Assessment, we continue working together through follow-up consultations. After each session, you will receive a tailored healthcare protocol to follow over the coming weeks. You can choose the frequency of your follow-up appointments depending on your needs and progress.
-
Yes, we believe in integrated care. We act as a consultant partner in your health journey, and with your consent we liaise with your GP or specialist to ensure coordination of care. We do not replace primary care, but rather enhance it with a functional-medicine lens.
Health is complex and rarely follows a simple cause-and-effect pattern; a single condition may result from multiple factors, while one underlying issue can contribute to various health concerns. Nutritional Therapy and Functional Medicine focus on identifying and addressing these root causes, rather than merely managing symptoms.
-
Yes, we provide consultations in person at our clinic in Poland and via secure online video for clients both UK-wide and worldwide. This allows us to support clients wherever you are.
-
We partner with well-established private laboratories specialising in functional medicine-type testing. Depending on your individual case, we may order standard biomarkers (e.g., thyroid panel, lipid/metabolic profile, nutrient levels) and more advanced specialised tests (e.g., adrenal/cortisol panels, hormonal, gut microbiome, hormone metabolites, total toxic burden, genetic panels).
Each test is chosen specifically based on your health history, symptoms and goals.
-
Results vary widely depending on your starting point, the complexity of your health picture, your adherence to the plan, and the specific systems involved. Many clients begin noticing improvements (e.g., energy, sleep, mood) within the first weeks, but our foundational programmes are structured for at least 3 months to allow meaningful change and stabilisation.
For longer-standing or more complex issues (e.g., autoimmunity, chronic hormonal imbalance), further follow-up beyond 3 months is usually required.
-
Because we offer a specialised, functional/consultative model, coverage varies. Some clients may be able to claim part of the cost via health insurance or health-savings accounts, but many of our services are fee-based. We recommend checking with your provider ahead of time, and our team can provide receipts and support documentation for reimbursement where applicable.
