Held on the peaceful coastline of Formentera, the experience weaves together mindful movement, Functional Medicine health education, therapeutic bodywork, and whole-food nourishment to support the female body physically, emotionally, and hormonally.

Getting to the Retreat

The journey is simple:

  1. Fly to Ibiza Airport

  2. Take a 30-minute ferry to Formentera

  3. Transfer to the retreat villa (we provide guidance)

Total travel time from Ibiza airport to the retreat house is around 1–1.5 hours.

Morning Functional Movement - Resilience Practice


A blend of Pilates, functional strength and somatic activation to build lean muscle, stabilise joints and awaken energy in a hormone-supportive way.


Evening Restorative Somatic Practice & Sound Therapy


A slow fascia-focused unwind for emotional release, nervous system recovery and deep rest.

Functional Health Workshop


Evidence-based education on hormones, gut health, circadian rhythm and energy balance - practical, empowering, and grounded in Functional Medicine.


1:1 Osteopathic Massage Sessions


Each woman receives a full body treatment supporting alignment, circulation, tissue regeneration and parasympathetic activation.

Whole food Nourishment


Breakfast, lunch, and dinner: whole-food meals designed based on Nutritional Therapy principles to stabilise blood sugar, support immune and hormonal function, and reduce inflammation.

Plus daily time for rest, nature, sea, sunlight, journaling and spaciousness.
